Warm ups are really important. Before you ever try to do any sport, you need to do some warm ups to make sure the risk of injury is as low as possible. Most warm-up sessions will include a combination of cardiovascular exercises (relating to the heart and blood vessels), stretching and strength drills. The cardiovascular exercises are made to increase blood flow, increase body temperature and increase heart rate, and stretching warms the muscles and prepare them for the body movements they will be doing during the activity. Exercises that include big bursts of energy, which could be sprint drills or jumps, gently increase the level of intensity and prepare the body for sudden movements for the sport or activity that will be done. These should only be done after stretching.

 

Here are some warm ups for you to do:

 

-Wrist Warm Ups

 

  1.Put wrists together and make circle motions while keeping them together.

2.Go on all fours and put your fists together. Then put the back of your hands against the floor and pull up the most you can.
