  2. Insomnia
  3. Physical symptoms
  4. Forgetfulness
  5. Loss of appetite
  6. Increased illness
  7. Anxiety
  8. Anger
  9. Depression

 

Remember all the support that is available to us at school. Practice self-awareness. Take a moment to ask yourself the question: Am I looking after myself properly? Never leave it too late. Raise the alarm.
